How do I pay for the tour?

Payment is made in advance, 100% by card, when you complete your booking.

How do we get around during the tour?

We travel by public transportation.

You can also book a private taxi, but taxis in Japan are quite expensive: around USD 500 per day.

Is the price per person?

No. The price is per group, not per person. Each tour page shows the price by number of people.

What time does the tour start?

Usually at 9:00 or 10:00 AM. Some guides can start earlier, but it is not always possible — ask us about your case.

Can you book my hotel or flights?

We don't offer hotel or flight booking as a service. Once you book a tour, we can informally guide you and suggest hotel options, but the final booking is up to you.

What is the best season to travel?

March, April, October and November have the most stable weather — they are the ideal months.

June is rainier, but not as hot, so it is also a good option.

July and August are hot, but perfect for beaches, festivals and fireworks. September is similar but a bit less hot.

For Okinawa, the best time is June to October. In January and February you can also see whales.

December, January, February and early March are somewhat cold (down to about -7°C in the coldest areas), but not extreme.

I want to visit places without so many tourists. What do you recommend?

Okinawa is an excellent option — it still doesn't get big crowds. Aomori also has places with little mass tourism.

Is transportation included?

No. We travel by public transportation, which is not included in the tour price. Each tour page shows what is included.

Can you pick me up at my hotel?

We usually meet at a point near your hotel. Each tour page shows the meeting point.

Can I fully customize the route?

Yes. Every tour is 100% private, so we can adjust the order, the pace and the places to what interests you most.

Do you work with families and children?

Yes, many of our tours are with families. We adapt the pace of the day to the children's ages and the group's needs.

Do you take large groups?

Yes. The price covers the whole group and changes with the number of people; you'll see it on each tour page. For very large groups, we prepare a custom quote.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially in high season (March–April, October–November and summer holidays), as availability is limited.
